We want you to love your nursery; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Pack the Item

Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original box with all hardware and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship and Track

Drop off the package at the designated carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
